Dove Hunt Dog is a perfect example of just this! Juicy and approachable with fruit-forward notes of wild cherry and red raspberry balanced by cinnamon graham cracker on a medium-bodied frame with a fruity, gulpable finish that demands a second sip. It’s versatile, can drink it on it’s own year-round, and pairs well with lots of different foods.

I’ve had some great ones from California, and Fiddleneck is one of my new favorites! Bright and aromatic with lemon curd, apricot and honey on a well-balanced frame with a round finish. I’m a chardonnay lover through and through. Pairs perfectly with sushi, seafood, or a celebratory brunch. Creamy bubbles are balanced by a dry, refreshing finish. You’ll often find a lot of the same characteristics you find in champagne, for a much more attractive price tag! Delicate aromas of fresh peach and ripened pear lead into flavors of toasted nuts and fresh-baked brioche. Made in Alsace, France, Cremant has always been one of my favorite sparkling wines. This wine is VEGAN, and great with food! Pairs well with hard-to-pair foods-think Asian cuisine and broth-based soups. Aromatic and juicy with ripe orange, Meyer lemon and honeysuckle on a medium-bodied frame with a lingering finish.

Some of my favorite wines come from the Willamette Valley in Oregon, and this one is no different. You name it!
